Our ideal client is a busy professional who has had great success in their career of choice but wants to weave in their greater purpose and serve their community at large. The ideal client needs a gentle push to get started. This is where we come in. First, we take an inventory of what they have to offer to the world and will sometimes discover some untapped gifts as part of this process. Then, we will hold them accountable.
We also work with people who want to get to leadership positions but feel stuck. They don’t feel “seen at work,” they don’t know how to advocate for themselves for job promotion and leadership roles or more responsibilities, better pay, career advancement, how to structure an individual development plan…etc. If you are ready to pivot, you are in the right place.
