Our wellness coaching often centers around the womb and gut health, specifically endometriosis, cysts, and fibroids. I have been living with endometriosis for 20+ years, and my journey to figure out what it was and how to live with it was hard. Cysts and fibroids were easier to diagnose, but it was not the case for endometriosis. I was also ignorant; therefore, I couldn’t correctly advocate for myself, but the continuous paralyzing pain wouldn’t allow me to ignore it.
Unfortunately, we don’t talk much about endometriosis. It seems anything womb related is taboo! I am unsure why this is the case. I think the reasons are many. For me, it took over ten to fifteen different specialists and thousands of dollars before I could finally find a doctor that validated the pain I had experienced since I was a teenager. I remember like it was yesterday during an ultrasound when the doctor said: “oh, no wonder you are in so much pain… How are you able to function???” At that moment, I didn’t care what he did find because I was relieved that he validated me and the pain. Fast forward, I make it a point to help people who have to deal with these struggles before considering unnecessary drastic solutions like I did.
​Imagine eating all the “right” foods, getting enough exercise and sleep, yet still not getting better, or being told the chronic pain is all in your head or “another surgery” is your only option! Surgeries? I did. More than once and every 2 or 3 years, cysts and fibroids would return with a vengeance.
I have since learned that I could have healed myself naturally or using an integrated approach. As a result, I could have avoided the damages and maintained homeostasis.
As a health coach or wellness coach, I use evidence-based approaches, skillful conversation, and active strategies to help clients engage in health behavior changes that will help them. In addition, I will help you set health goals and figure out how to reach them.

These goals vary from person to person. Together, we’ll look at what you tell yourself, what you eat, your activity levels, sleep patterns, mental wellness, etc. Every facet of your life affects your health, so we’ll work together to figure out what lifestyle changes you can enact to make managing health conditions easier.

I use mindset and nutritional elements to support you in your journey. Naturopathic science is what I am currently studying in my Ph.D. program. My experience, my mother’s death, and other women’s stories inspired me to help.
​I am no longer comfortable being quiet and assuming that other women know what I know. The Universe made it clear to me that everything that has happened was so I could sympathize, listen, support, teach and empower.
My work focuses on lifestyle changes. I don’t believe in diets; I believe in lifestyle. So, if you want to lose weight, I’m probably not the right person for you. But if you want to make your lifestyle healthier, I can help.

Collaboration, accountability, and support will be the center of our work, as well as helping you foster self-acceptance and self-confidence. In addition, I will equip you with the knowledge and skills to care for yourself.
